Its Ok - just found this on the SE Knowledge Base
How to use the caller ID in HBH-660 (P800/P900 series)

Sony Ericsson P800/P900 uses the headset profile, this profile does
not support caller ID. To be able to use called ID the Handsfree profile
must be supported by the phone.

However, the latest software of Sony Ericsson P900 displays name and
phone number of incoming caller on the BluetoothT handsfree, HBH-660. Please
use the Sony Ericsson Update Service to update your phone software.
