Remote sync with P910i and company Excahnge Server

Does anybody have experience connecting the P900 or P910i to a company
exchange server with remote sync? Do I need a special host software? The
users manual also says it is working through a dial up connection with HSCSD
or CSD.

Sony Ericsson help desk did not call back. So am I alone trying to use this
feature?
