Chinese translation on P910i

apparently for Asian model, unlike the other models. P910i does not display
chinese text when chinese messages or ringtones are sent to you.
anyone in asia manage to solve this?

the "i" is not the Chinese version, as far as I am aware. I think a special
Chinese version is on sale.
