Pressing and holding C [Clear] toggles between mute and sound. I don't know the firmware version, but on my (Vodafone-branded) Z 600 pressing and holding "#" toggles between mute and sound. Pressing and holding C [Clear] also toggles between mute and sound. Only pressing C (without holding) opens a menu for sound/infrared/bluetooth and a fourth option I just forgot. Malte
