Firmware for R380 World needed

Hi there

I have an Ericsson R380 World with a problem.

On powerup it beeps normally but all I get after that is the word Ericsson on
the screen and logo. Seems it is frozen.

The strange thing is that the phone will ring if you call it from another line
but you cant answer it, no buttons on the handset will answer it.

I know the phone buttons work because I can set a phone lock and type it in if
needed.

I can also use the voice memo record function fine.

From reading old messages here and on various forums I'm hoping that all I need
to do is re-flash the phone with the latest firmware.

I have the necessary service cable and ATR 5.3 software.

Could somebody point me to where I might be able to download the latest firmware
for this phone (R380 World) or better yet email it to me.
