Syncing all fields in Outlook with a P800/900/910

sync all fields in an Outlook contact. For example, if you have a contact in
Outlook with three email addresses, they won't all go over to the P910.
This has the effect of making it impossible to sync with two PCs, right?
Because if you ever changed one of those fields on one Desktop, because the
field is not synced with the phone, that update would never get to the
second desktop, right? I am about to buy a PDA phone and I badly wanted to
buy the P910 but if I can't sync my home and office Outlook contacts...
