Take an original to many factories in China that specialise in short run
injection moudlings, the more you want the cheaper it is with these
companies and don't forget they pay absolute peanuts to their workers and
don't charge that much in the beginning per piece.

The Japanese and Chinese are past masters in copying and have in some cases
built better copies because they do not implement design flaws, I had a Hong
Kong Xbox that's build quality was ten times better than Microsofts own but
because MS put design flaws in, they are designed to die within a year
whereas the copy will go on for ever and a day usually
