Got the cable, which soft do I need?

R320s, the latter I suspect is dead battery syndrome, the first a2628s
charges but doesn't switch on, the second has a user code not the normal
one, both R320s are dead yet in immaculate condition and was told they have
never been used.
Any ideas, I have the USB and the Serial cable
