T68i no sound or mic

Is this an old or a new problem? Can you think of anything that might have
caused the problem (e.g., water, shock)?

Have you checked the Profile to see if it's Normal and unaltered?

Have you tried a cold restart? (While the phone is on and not on AC power,
remove the battery without turning the phone off first. This forces a cold
restart when power is restored and the phone is turned on.)

Have you tried a Master Reset (after first backing up the phone of course)?
