When sending e-mail from the T610, you can enter an address from the
phonebook or from previously sent e-mails by clicking the To: field then
selecting New Recipient followed by Phonebook. You are then invited to
select the name from the Phonebook or the Archive. Simple.

you can use email address from your phone book
and is much easier to scroll thru contacts than type whole email
address
