Sending pictures from T610 to PC via IR (Win2002)

I`am not able to send any pictures from my T610 to my laptop. There is
no infrared icon in the taskbar when I hold the phone to the IR-port
of my laptop.
First time I hold the phone to the laptop a "standard IR modem" was
automatically installed - so the laptop seems to sense the phone?!
Do I need a special software for Win2000?
Data-Transfer with the "float"-software only works from my laptop to
the phone - not vice versa (download-symbol not active). Also tried
several IR-speeds - no sucess...
Please help me - U R my only hope...
