k700 release and pricing - uk

Hey all, couple of questions.

1 ) I've read and heard that the K700 release date (uk) is pegged for end of
May / early June release - can anyone confirm or deny?

2 ) Also I read somewhere that at a recent show - they placed the K700 at
$350 dollars ( sorry for the lack of links - this was a week ago ) which
would lead me to beleive that we are looking at a similar pricing level as
the T610 when it was 1st released?
