T616 Making a data call look like a voice call to the network

I am using AT&T wireless, and they do not seem to support making data
calls. I know that some ISDN equipment is able to tell the network it
is making a voice call, but then still send data over the connection.
Is their some way to do this on the T616? Thanks.
