Re: P900 crashes PC (Win2000)

Hi
It all works like a dream with me when I *completely*
un-installed McAfee VirusScan Professional.
(Disabling was not enough).
However I havent dared re-install any anti virus software.
I currently just use my spare PC (with no virus protection)
to Synch. This means I have to copy my entire mailbox.pst
onto my backup PC (and back!) every time I need to synch.
NOT great but do-able.
And no I couldnt get my backup PC to read the mailbox.pst
file on the live PC AND then synch. (But I am have only
a few more sessions on my Outlook2002 licence left so
I ran out of opportunities to experiment)
For you I suggest a *complete* uninstall of all AntiVirus
software and all PC Suite software and then reinstall off
the CD. Probably worth making sure the P900 has latest
O/S version first as well!
