They have a similar scheme at Giza just outside of Cairo.

This is a secret you normally have to pay for on Ebay, but I'm giving it for
free.
You can get the latest phones new and sum free for only £20
What you actually pay for is a cod room with ringbones, wallpapers and such.
Your name is added to a list for the phone of your choice and as more people
sign up
you gradually move up the list. when you get to the top your phone is sent
to you free.
I know two people who have got their phones so it really works.
Go to the site and read the FAQ's it explains things much better than me
