Communication Suite error "Failed to create emty document"

the phone. And I read that this is possible with the communication suite.
But i can't open the wizard to start comm. suite :-(
is says: "Failed to create empty document"
im running Windows XP and the installation path C:\Program Files\Sony
Ericsson\Communications Suite (default)
Please help so I can get on the web via the labtop (for free with CBB in
denmark :-D )
