P900 - MMS & GPRS PROBLEMS

Whenever using either this 2 features, the GLOBE appears at bottom is
without "flashing arrow"
at left & right side. After a while it come out a dialog saying
"Access to your MMS service has been denied. Please check your WAP/MMS
settings from the
control panel or contact your provider.
- Reason Code 0X103"
Can anybody help? IFor sure I know my MMS & GPRS settings are correct.
