If you've got access to Emma, you should have already received full training
from SonyEricsson. I shouldn't imagine there are many posters here with
access to original SE equipment, so I can't help you on that point.

GDFS is basically the Eeprom of the phone and contains (amongst of things)
customisation, user data etc. This needs resetting to standard values.
Quite how you'll go about doing that using Emma, I'm afraid I have no idea.
