Supplier needed for possible large account with large monthly orders

On a monthly reoccuring basis. Looking for possibly thousand+ a month
in sales that he needs which he will then ship overseas. I don't know
where to turn too as I have no experience in cellphone wholesale etc.
But know that he is serious and that if I can secure a supplier then
it will be a nice little business for all involved.
He is stuck on price though as he is hardheaded in thinking that he
can get the Nokia for $160 and NO MORE than $175 PER PHONE (Can't
remember for the Ericsson). I think he saw some phones for sale on
ebay for $180 or something and figures that he should get them for his
price if he buys in bulk.
Does ANYONE have ANY advice on this? Anyone can help out? Better yet,
can anyone get the phones in this price range or even cheaper (we will
charge what he wants to pay). Possible lucrative deal and plenty of
business if so.
