T616 / T610 call log times sometimes unavailable?

the time a call came in (first it shows the name *pause*, then number
*pause, then time). now im noticing sometimes it doesnt even show the time
on some calls, just the date. any ideas?
on a side note i wish the names showed the number next to it instead of
having to click on it first (even if theres only one number available). not
to mention these stupid verification dialogs all the time (are you sure?
edit? yes?) and inability to edit the menu system..
