P800 Data File Locations

I want perform a master reset on my SE P800 and not do a restore from
backup (I think some application files may be corrupted.)
However, I want to bring my records back over.
Does anyone know the full extension of the Agenda, Contacts, Tasks and
Notes data? Is it possible just to copy these before I reset the phone
and then just copy them back after the restore?
