P800 Speed dial problems

Hi,

I am having some issues with the speed dial function on my SE P800.

I think the source file may have become corrupted or something
similar. To avoid an arduous journey to a service centre I would like
to just delete the file and start over again. (I have tried a master
reset already.)

Does anyone know if this is possible or what the file is called?
