Can't explore Z600 service by Bluetooth

I use a USB Dongle Bt 200 Nortek and my Z600 recognize my home
exploring and sharing file. Unfortunatly my pc says then Z600 has no
service. Any suggestions?
I see my mobile phone in my windows desktop but i can't explore it!!
