Problems with P800 alarm clock since New Year transition to 2004

have had a problem with the transition to New Year 2004. Has anyone
else had this problem?
When I go into the alarm clock settings the screen shows the clock and
the current time, but the check boxes for setting the alarms are
blanked out.
