WTD: Nokia to Sony Ericsson Hands-Free Converter

I have one of the Nokia plug-in hands-free car kits (HFM-8), which
works really well in my vehicle with my old nokia 8310. I now have a
Sony Ericsson T68i and was hoping to use my Nokia car kit with it.
I was wondering if anyone sells, or would be able to help with wiring,
a converter to simply allow the plug for the Nokia to convert to the
t68i.
So just to clarify it would need two sockets for the double-plugged
Nokia end on the car kit, going to a standard t68i plug into the
phone.
If there was a decent Sony Ericsson kit available I would buy it, but
there doesn't seem to be anything comparible to the Nokia
What do you think.. possible??
