Which should be done automatically during installation. (Check for Control
Panel>Phone Monitor Options)
If installed, you will need to check your BT driver is installed properly,
and that phone monitor is pointing to the correct COM port.
Let us know, if you don't have a clue what I'm on about, I'll expand
further.....
Hope this helps,

Still not working, I am using a Belkin USB BT Adapter and if I go to My
Bluetooth places and try to connect to "Jon's T68i Serial Port 1" nothing
happens.
In Bluetooth Advanced Configurations "Jon's T68i Serial Port 1" is set to
COM5 and I have enabled COM5 in Mobile Phone Monitor. Also it keeps saying
it can't find File Transfer Service on the T68i.
Bluetooth needs official support from Microsoft in Windows XP, the existing
3dparty
stuff is piss poor. Let's hope it will be supported in Service Pack
2........

If your driver is set to COM5, and there is no activity on the port when you
try to connect, then either your Belkin driver or dongle is screwed.
Are you running the latest drivers? Has your hardware ever worked? (Do you
have lights on it that show when it is doing something? - v. useful)
