Why cant i download any of the ringtone collections?

Everytime i click on a rintone thats posted in one of the forum topics.. it opens up in a new window and gives me nothing.

I am an experienced IT technician and the problem is not at my end.

any help?

I am registered and confirmed.

Just some more information,
When i right click on a file to save it... it comes up as

CLEAR.GIF

so there is no file at the link , but rather a blank white webpage.
stuff up on your end?

This happens for every file.

please advise.
