Use Format Converter that comes with latest Winamp free versions. This is much more efficient than anything else. I tried using a lot of programs. I feel, this Winamp's Format Converter is far far better. Just right click over any song(s) at playlist or media library and send to > 'Format Converter'. Select 'MP4/aacPlus Encoder' with bit rate as 40kbps. This will have very good sound quality with minimum file size... Enjoy!!
