hey guys,
i have got a software which converts 5mb song to 800kb its name is nch switch sound it is available at "www.nch.com.au" go to this site and select sound converter.download free version of it .
After installation go to encoder settings adjust bitrate from 8 to 32 and sound quality 9 , stereo is joint
6.5 mb song to 1 mb(e.g->hotel california) believe me the sound quality is unbelievable.
The bitrate can be adjusted and file size may increase.

I have save 60mb of memory by converting mp3 using this.
For better sound, you can set the bit rate higher and sound quality to "3" and the file size still small after converting.
