Repligo v2.0 (Convert MS Office or Other Document to e-Book for Mobile or PPC)
Introduction
RepliGo™ represents a breakthrough in document conversion technology and mobility.
In a matter of seconds, virtually any document you have on your PC can be transferred to your handheld device while maintaining the document’s original look and feel.
This includes Microsoft® Office documents, Adobe® PDF files, Web pages and hundreds of other formats.
Once on your device, documents can easily be viewed, printed, and shared with others using the supplied RepliGo Viewer.
RepliGo offers two methods of converting your documents.

RepliGo Menu and Toolbar: This allows you to use the RepliGo menu and toolbar buttons within Microsoft® Office applications to quickly convert Office files.
A toolbar button for converting Web pages with Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5.5 or above is also included.
2. RepliGo Printer: Use the File > Print command in your application to “print” to the RepliGo Printer for conversion.
These operations are discussed in greater detail later in this guide.
Once the document has been converted on your desktop computer, it can then be synchronized with your handheld device and viewed using RepliGo Viewer.

• Bookmarks: Add your own bookmarks and convert existing bookmarks from PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comments: Insert text comments for the current page of the document.
• Select Text tool: Drag the stylus across text to copy it to the clipboard and paste into another application.
• Highlighter tool: Select from 8 different colors and use the stylus to highlight text for special reference or attention.
• 24-bit images: View images with much greater quality and clarity.
• Live Hyperlinks: Tap on a hyperlink and jump to the URL using your device’s default web browser.
• Enhanced Internet Explorer integration: View a preview and control conversion settings before processing.
• Save directly to memory card: Save the document to the memory card during conversion.

Connect your handheld device to your desktop computer.
Download the RepliGo self-extracting executable file into a folder on your desktop computer.
Run the setup program by double-clicking the file and follow the onscreen instructions.

For Microsoft® Office documents, open the original document and agree to accept the macro from Cerience Corporation if necessary.
Use the RepliGo menu or toolbar to convert your document to a RepliGo document for viewing on the handheld device.

Perform an ActiveSync® operation if necessary. RepliGo can automatically synchronize converted documents with your Pocket PC.
To enable this feature, open your ActiveSync® window and select "Tools > Options...". In the Sync Options tab click the Files checkbox. Click OK and use RepliGo as usual.

On your handheld device, start the RepliGo Viewer application.
