Doesn't work for me Windows 2003se. Not support cab file.

Mobilink in Pakistan has some issue; I guess they have blocked port for Windows live messenger. I can get connected using GPRS of all operators except Moblink. PC uses 1863 port what about PPC? Moblink has unblocked 1863 but Live Messenger still not working. Can any one guide
