How to restore messages from memory card

Hi buddies, i hope you people will help me in this regard,

The problem arose when the memory card of my nokia 6630 got corrupted again. This time it didnt allow me access to any thing. I didnt want to format it so I needed a solution for data recovery. a quick googling and a few tries later I managed to recover all the data from the storage card. Its a 1 GB storage card. Having recovered the data, I didnt expect it to recover the sms from the card too. It recovered around 1800 or so sms from inbox too.

Now I am thinking about restoring the data to the place it was in before this episode. I understand a simple copy and paste would be sufficient for data like audio files, or other media. I am more interested in finding a solution regarding my sms. I think there must be a way to restore these sms to the inbox.
