Nokia 6233 Dead after Flash update

Can some one help me,
I was flashing update on Nokia 6233 ,was on AC power on my mac and mobile.
suddenly after 15/20 min phone was shutdown and i got message on screen saying lost connection with phone retry or cancel i did retry couple times but no luck finally i took out USB and battery replace again but no luck and now phone is not even starting i think its dead!

I tried 3 * Calling option not helpful
can someone help me?

I am not sure about warranty on phone as this is company phone when we have purchased this one ?
either this will cost me too much.

Please help me to fix this?
