Adjusting Nokia 5700 equalizer for better bass

Whats in. Im now using my 5700 as my main music player, and its pretty good apart from the lack of bass. Gsmarena.com say that this can be improved using the equalizer, but I had a look and it has no numbers or anything on it. Can anyone tell me which frequency is which and which slider to adjust to improve the bass?
