How to use Text Phone feature of Nokia 6021

useful it is? Do i require to have some additional enahncement tools
etc.?

I'm guessing here, but it's prolly to connect a separate Textphone with keyboard device (like what deaf and people with speech problems use)via Bluetooth, IR or USB, so you can use them on the mobile/cellphone network instead of the usual landline.
