Video Resolution

I'm happy enough with my nokia 6230 but the thing I use it for most is
the video of all things. I want to upgrade to a phone with 640x480
video at 25 frames a second.

I'd have thought that the new N series 3g phones would support this
resolution but they don't. Are there any phones out there that support
this video resolution?

I realise that such detailed video would take up lots of memory quickly
and perhaps this is why the resolution is not supported on modern
phones. But if it's 640x480 is technically possible (which I'm sure it
is) I think that nokia should support it to cater for people like me!
