transfer phone book

Hi all...

I have just got a Nokia N70 and wondered if any one knew of an easy way to transfer the phone book with all its details from my old Nokia 6320 to my new Nokia N70 ?

Just go into your address book settings on the old phone and make sure
to copy them to the SIM card. Once you transfer the card to the new
phone, your info will still be there.

Have the application for S60 V3 to backup phone memory and can extract again (in vcf format)?
