Remove Camera Sound on Nokia 6101

Sometimes it's annoying. Sometimes you might want to take a picture in a
place where that clicking would be an irritant. Not everyone's a pervert.

I wouldn't dream of describing everyone who wished to take
surreptitious photos as a pervert
