Automatic profile switching?

very pleased - and when glancing through the instruction manual
discovered "timed profiles" - which sounded as if it was a
perfect solution to an on-going niggle I have with my phone. Each day
at work I prefer not to be interrupted by calls - except at
lunchtime... so turn my phone to silent... but then I forget to reset
it to ring (or vice versa.) I imagined timed profiles a way to solve
this... with settings vaguely similar to those for my central heating
timer... but it seems I was wrong - timed profiles just allows me to
say how long I want a given profile to remain in force... which only
solves half of the problem.
I'm wondering if this could be resolved with a java application -
a simple application which would switch between different profiles at
different times of day. Is this possible? Is something to do this
available for download?
