Generally good but crashes regularly.

Watch out for dust under the screen though! Had mine for about 2-3 months
now, and its impossible to see whats on the screen unless its backlit.

I have a nokia 6600 - which I've had for nearly 2 years and feel I need a
change.

If you can put up with those, and recognise the MP3 capability is pretty
much unusable, then yes.
I'm happy enough with it, but the phone is going in to a service centre as
soon as new firmware is out to get it upgraded, clean the screen, and fix
the dodgy joystick I forgot to mention.
