manual for 6260

manual for the Nokia 6260? The phone isn't sold in the States, so Nokia
here does not have it. Have been to the UK and Ireland sites, but
attempts to email customer service failed.
Additionally, I know it is available for download, but prefer not to
print out 197 pages, cut to page size, and bind. Although a print shop
could probably do a decent job, it would be easier to purchase from Nokia
or elsewhere, if available.
