N.Gage QD Key Lights

circular joystick and the 'tick' key below are not illuminated - is this
correct of is it faulty - if faulty am I likely to be able to fix it myself
or does it need to go back (if that's the case I will not bother as I bought
it in Malaysia and I like in the UK!)
