7370 is full format, also there is
*#7780# - it will just restore yr ini files

Try 7780 if u will not be satisfied with it, simple proceed to deep format
with 7370, that's all
BTW:
Keep in mind that with 7370 u will lose all user data, I mean all including
phone book, message, etc..
