Is Nokia 6620 capable of viewing/editing Excel documents?

Hi Everyone!

I read that this phone was capable of viewing/editing Excel documents,
can anyone verify that for me? Would there be additional software that
I would have to purchase to be able to do this, or does it come
"bundled" with this capability.
Can anyone tell me their experiences with this phone, such as signal
quaity, etc?
