Nokia 6230 and 128M MMC Card

Please if anybody can help.

I have Nokia 6230. Recently I have bought a new 128M MMC card. It works
pretty fine. Then I have filled it up with some photos and some music. Now,
memory status of the card is 48.7 M used.

Now, it suddenly seems that the phone cannot write to the file anymore..

First I try to transfer some MP3 to the card, using Nokia PC Suite. Error
message is:
"Operation failed. The name of the item is not valid. Change the name and
try again."

Of course, the name of the file is quite OK and whatever I rename it to, the
error still stays.

Then I try to transfer this with bluetooth. Error is:
FTP error - Possible error - folder is not empty or file/folder is 'Read
Only'

Finally, I try to move something from internal phone memory to the card,
using phone. Error message:
Operation failed.

Does anybody have the same experience with the cards used with N6230? Is
there any cure for that?
