nokia 3650 and Motorola HS801 headset

Can anyone provide an proof guide to setting up my nokia 3650 t
connect
to a Motorola HS801 headset?

I pair the devices. I connect to the headset.But after 5 minutes
get a 'Bluetooth connection lost' message.

Is there something wrong with the setup that is not obvious?

How can/should I set up for handsfree use of the 3650, AND maintai
the
connection?

Any help is much appreciated.
