Nokia 3105 PC Suite Synchronization

Hi,

After a Recent Server upgrade to Windows 2003 Server and Exchange 2003
Server from a Windows NT Server and Exchange 5.5.

Exchange accessed through Outlook (2000) (previously and Currently)

I had the synchronization with the Nokia 3105 working fine with the
previous server and a desktop machine running windows 2000 with outlook
2000.

Nokia phone is connected through a DKU-5 connection cable and all
updates (ie. 6.4.1) have been done with the PC Suite program.

All is working with phone connection and program (eg. we can back the
phone up) except the synchronization between the exchange mailbox
through outlook and the phone is not working the icon for
synchronization will flash for several seconds in the system tray.

Since this has happened we have also started clean on a new Notebook
running XP Pro (SP2) and outlook 2000 still no luck.
Any help with this would be much appreciated.
