Anyone managed to sync a 6820 with Orange?

Has anyone successfully managed to sync a 6820 with the Orange GPR
synchronisation service (calendar or contacts)? If so, could you pleas
post your settings

I've been tangling with manual settings and have got no further tha
"synchronisation failed"
Email and other Orange GPRS services are working fine on the phone
I've tried requesting sync settings via text message from the Orang
website, specifying my phone type as Nokia 6600, but the texts neve
arrive

been playing with 5140 all day. Then I checked the connection help page and
it points out that even though the cable is a USB the port that should be
enabled is the com port setting. look it up I changed this setting and it
sync no problem, 1st time.

typical, so eager to help I got it wrong,,,
Sorry, its the serial cable (DKA-5,CA-42) setting
and NOT the USB cable (DKU-2) on the connection manager check box that
needs clicking.
