How connect a M-BUS to I2C or RS232-4800?

Hi,

I'd like to connect a Nokia gsm-phone to a PICAXE (microchip), but the
only things I have is a I2C connection or a serial port with only 4800
baud. As I have found out the Nokia M-BUS only works on 9600 baud!

So does anyone have an idea to be able to connect them?
