Yes.

Factual knowledge is that Nokia "customer service" leaves a little to be
desired!!

Seems like most of their operators are school leavers, with minimal product
knowledge. They are supposed to be there to support their customers, but
invariably their information is misleading, and "there is no further
intelligent response, only reiteration of the same apparent double-speak".

If you are VERY lucky (when you call Nokia), you may get to speak to someone
that DOES know what they are talking about!!
